In the interest of full disclosure, I am a well-satisfied returning customer, having made several purchases thus far. I am not a family member or personal friend of anyone at Magnet Rocks – just a customer. I am very pleased with the products I am using regularly, and will certainly continue to use them. As for this latest purchase, in watching one of the instructional videos, I learned that healing occurs primarily while sleeping. So I thought I would go to a “Bold Anklet” offering twice the mass and density of a single anklet. I am pleased with the results I feel each morning when I wake up.
If you do decide to try Magnet Rocks, you will find a good friend in Mark Kapla, and that he is responsive and eager to answer questions and concerns. I have approached them several times, and I always get a response back personally from Mark within a few hours. Answers are always thorough, courteous and helpful. Their guarantee is iron-clad. I had to return one item for repair and that was done quickly and without question or cost.
It may not help everyone. It did help me and significantly so. Having neuropathy (always) and vertigo upon standing up is no real picnic. This helps – without durge or pills. They are well-made and comfortable. I am glad to have found them.
