This was recommended to me by Mark to help with neuropathy in my feet. I split the 3-in-one into 2 ea. 10-inch pieces and wear them pretty much all the time. They are smooth, so they do not poke regardless of how you sleep. I would have to report that after 3 weeks, that the feeling I have in my feet is improving slowly. I have had this condition for 15 years, and the doctors I saw had no real solution. I can tell you that I thought I would just try this to see what might happen, and I am very pleased with how it is going. Progress is slow and steady, and I am very happy with them. In addition, I think it is well-made; it simply feels like a good, high-quality item. It took me 15 years to get where I am now, and I can say that it has been very much worth the modest amount that these cost.

This product really works. I am have chronic pain in my knees for years which required taking advil just to sleep. Since I started wearing these magnets in September I could feel a difference right away and have not taken anything for pain since to sleep at night.
