  • Wow A Decade Has Passed

    Time Flies When You Are Having Fun.

    Born and raised in Green Bay I always thought I would live my entire life there. June 2012 I decided to try something different and after 8.5 years of driving Semi Truck and over 1.25 million miles, Magnet Rocks was born in. I started Magnet Rocks 10 years ago with a 25 year retirement plan, and it is progressing nicely with a little help from my friends.

    A decade later I find myself living in Florida on the beach, with my Daughter Ariel and Grandson Ezekiel, running a small business that helps people, Ranks #1 on Google, and produces a product line of over 500 pieces of Hematite Magnetic Jewelry.

    My Great American Dream

    After the past few years I have been blessed to continue the life and business I began way before Covid-19 came on the scene. I have a solid foundation of customers that have assisted Magnet Rocks to make it through and thrive, the past few years of hell we have all been put through. None of this would have been possible without the help of all of the individuals we have meet all across the country this past decade.

    I believe that we are about to experience a World Wide Great Awakening like our species has never seen before. Any change can be stressful, many have had a tendency to not like change. We are all going to have to open ourselves up to the changes that are coming our way.

    Remember your TV has NEVER TOLD YOU THE TRUTH.

  • Happy Memorial Day Weekend

    The Official Beginning of Summer, Memorial Day Weekend 2022.

    Because of life and everything that has happened over the past couple of years, I will no longer be traveling to the Northwoods of Wisconsin for the Summers.

    Everything we make and any contact information required can be found on our website.

    Next month, Magnet Rocks will be celebrating our 10th Anniversary. Astounding at all the things that change in a decade.

  • Does this look like your breakfast?

    Being from Green Bay it was like yesterday.

    Happy Wednesday!

    This is a short story of why I juice and how it is connected to the Green Bay Packers returning to and winning Super Bowl XXXI.

    The funnest part about this story is, it actually has very little to do with the Game of Football. How is that for a setup for a story? In 1997 Brett Favre and Reggie White lead the Green Bay Packers to win Super Bowl XXXI. How was that season of football related to the fact I juice like this today? The reason why I juice like this some 25 years later? Something happened that year with the team I will never forget.

    It was the introduction to juicing to my life, and a large reason I am as health as I am.

    Condensed story that took the entire 1997 season to unfold was this little fact. The entire Green Bay Packer Team started juicing, the entire team. Guess what these Professional Athletes at the top of their profession discovered when they did? It is why over 25 years later I juice. What was talked about that season in Green Bay astounded me then, just like it does now. If they had those kind of results, what could happen if we all juiced?

    What did they discover? What happened? It was fairly simple.

    The Strong got Stronger. The Fast got Faster. Everyone got Leaner. Everyone Improved.

    Why might you think about learning to juice? Reread the previous 4 sentences.

    Juicing is the foundation to what I have every A.M. for breakfast. I have stepped up the juicing to fit my personal needs through the years by also using herbs and seeds. I will cover more of that in future blog posts. Until then, if you are looking for more inflammation help to go along with our Magnetic Jewelry I could not recommend learning to juice more.

  • I am told “I am as young as I will ever be”.

    Why is this my normal dinner?

    Happy Monday!

    Through Magnet Rocks I have been blessed with the ability to help people help themselves with the use of Magnetic Jewelry. That being said, I realize I can do more. So I am going to start sharing some of the things that I have learned to improve my inflammation issues along with the use of my Magnetic Hematite Jewelry. I hope over time that I may be able to help you in ways you may not expect from a Jewelry Company.

    I will start this part of my journey today.

    I started Magnet Rocks in June of 2012, almost 10 years ago now. Crazy how time flies, especially when you are enjoying yourself. I have met 1000’s of people from all over the world. I have done shows from Portland OR to Daytona Beach FL including 15 different states in between. I am so blessed.

    I’ve realized something along the way. If I do not take care of myself, nobody else is going to show up to do it for me. That everything in my life was my fault, and if I didn’t like it, I could Suck it up Buttercup. And then one day I heard a question framed in a way I had never heard before, and it kind of changed everything.

    Let’s see what YOU think.

    Most individuals their entire life (or at least my life) have reacted something like this. Your stomach growls and you think something like this. “What am I hungry for.” Sound failure? Then I heard it put this way,

    Have you ever asked your body this, “WHAT ARE YOU HUNGRY FOR?”

    I can honestly say up until that moment, I don’t every remember asking that question that way. That little question started me down one of the most interesting, and surprising little paths I have ever wondered down. It changed way more than I could have imagined when I asked that little question.

    I was challenged to try different foods and different combinations of foods, and see how my body felt first thing in the morning. So over the next period of time I did my own little science experiment. And no one could have been more shocked than me at what I learned about this body I walk around in.

    This is pretty much the winner. Most dinners include a Tuna steak, but this is the winner. Artichoke, Avocado, Portabella Mushroom, Asparagus, Radish, Carrot, Leek and 2 cloves of Garlic. There is a reason for everything on this plate (beyond visually appealing) and over time I will explain why these seemed to have made the cut.

  • Let me introduce myself..

    This is a reintroduction of myself.

    Let me introduce myself, I am Mark Edward Kapla. I am the Founder of Magnet Rocks.
