This is a short story of why I juice and how it is connected to the Green Bay Packers returning to and winning Super Bowl XXXI.
The funnest part about this story is, it actually has very little to do with the Game of Football. How is that for a setup for a story? In 1997 Brett Favre and Reggie White lead the Green Bay Packers to win Super Bowl XXXI. How was that season of football related to the fact I juice like this today? The reason why I juice like this some 25 years later? Something happened that year with the team I will never forget.
It was the introduction to juicing to my life, and a large reason I am as health as I am.
Condensed story that took the entire 1997 season to unfold was this little fact. The entire Green Bay Packer Team started juicing, the entire team. Guess what these Professional Athletes at the top of their profession discovered when they did? It is why over 25 years later I juice. What was talked about that season in Green Bay astounded me then, just like it does now. If they had those kind of results, what could happen if we all juiced?
What did they discover? What happened? It was fairly simple.
The Strong got Stronger. The Fast got Faster. Everyone got Leaner. Everyone Improved.

Juicing is the foundation to what I have every A.M. for breakfast. I have stepped up the juicing to fit my personal needs through the years by also using herbs and seeds.
