I love your bracelets . I’ve had joint pain for years and the jewelry helps immensely. I can move around better and do more activities. I’m ready to try the anklets next!

Terrible service! Terrible transparency! Terrible website and overall handling! Extremely Terrible ”support”, which was from Mark Kapla, which is very rude, unprofessional, incompetent, and certainly do not know the word: conduct!
One word: TERRIBLE!

This was our third response before he left this review.
Thank you for your feedback.
The cost of your purchase has been refunded to your payment processor. You should receive another email stating this. Our apologies for apparently not showing you enough empathy in our multiple reply’s to you about your order being caught in Denmark’s customs. This is the first time we’ve had any issue with anyone in Europe over their individual countries customs.
So even though we responded immediately to your email and confirmed your package shipped the day after we received the order. The current location of your package being in Denmark’s customs, and confirmed the tracking number for your package. You expected more than that from our end. There is nothing more that we can do to address Denmark’s customs issue.
So in light of your issue, Magnet Rocks has decided to address the issue of individual countries custom delays.
We have removed the ability to place an order from outside the US and Canada to ensure this issue never happens again.
I’m sorry this doesn’t get your bracelet out of Denmark’s customs any faster for you, but I hope you realize that Magnet Rocks did everything in our ability to make this issue correct.
We hope you enjoy our Bracelet when it arrives.
Happy Sunday,
Mark Kapla
